How Long Is the Warranty?

Audio-Visual Direct stands behind the quality of our products and is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a 10-year limited warranty on all dry-erase boards covering manufacturing defects and shipping damage.

If you experience any issues, please contact us directly and we will work promptly to resolve the matter.

Missing Parts

In the unlikely event your order is missing parts, please contact us at service@audio-visual-direct.com and let us know which parts are needed. We will ship replacement parts via expedited shipping as soon as possible.

Damaged in Shipment

If your item arrives damaged, please email service@audio-visual-direct.com with the following:

  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of any damage to the shipping carton

We will review the information and send a replacement unit promptly. The photos allow us to file a claim with the carrier and help improve our packaging processes.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Free standard shipping is available within the continental United States.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Large Glass Boards (4' x 6' and Larger)

Glass boards measuring 4' x 6' and larger require additional packaging, handling, and may ship via freight carrier. Please allow additional processing and transit time for these items.

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Most standard shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after the order ships.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Audio-Visual Direct is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging

Proof of purchase may be required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

For glass products, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that returned items will be received undamaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact service@audio-visual-direct.com for instructions.
