Glass boards measuring 4' x 6' and larger require additional packaging, handling, and may ship via freight carrier. Please allow additional processing and transit time for these items.

For glass products, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that returned items will be received undamaged during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
